Kenneth Pieroway Presentation at The Rooms

12 Nov
2020

Join Kenneth G Pieroway on Wednesday, November 25, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at The Rooms - Level 3 Atrium for a special presentation on his latest book, Streetcars of St. John's.

Ken will take you on a visual journey along the streets of St. John’s from 1900 -1948 when the streetcars ruled the roads. From the west end of the City to the shops of Water Street and Rawlins Cross and along Military Road, take a trip back in time when St. John’s was on par with the great cities of the world such as San Francisco and Toronto with the most modern means of public transport that existed at the time!

Capacity is limited, get your ticket early to secure your spot.

You can reserve your ticket online, at the front desk or by calling visitor services at 757-8000.

ASL/English Interpreting Services are available through NLAD by request only to ASLservices@therooms.ca or 709-757-8090. The Rooms will do their best to accommodate requests made within two weeks of the scheduled event.
